Beaufort Embryo Transfer making welcome news in the UK...

In an unprecedented move Beaufort Embryo Transfer will be giving away four major prizes for British breeders at various events in 2007. The prizes will be offered to either the highest placed mare or British bred horse covering Eventing, Show Jumping, Dressage and Polo. Prizes will be given away at the Mitsubishi Badminton Horse Trials, The Audi Polo Awards and Hickstead. Beaufort Embryo Transfer is now an established leader in the field of embryo transfer, run by equine vet Emma Tomlinson with the world's top embryo transfer vet Dr Fernando Riera.

"To breed from your mare while she is still competing has immense advantages to both breeders and owners," insists Emma Tomlinson, "You can breed from your mare without interrupting her training programme. You can also breed from mares who have uterine based fertility problems, and sell well bred embryos or foals."

This highly successful and proficient operation is of paramount importance to the future of UK breeding, which presently suffers from lack of support in today's struggle to compete with the world market. It is justly a proud achievement that the UK is now at the forefront of this technology.
